PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Dixon's a physically affectionate person who is all about shoulder-pats, hugs, etc. Your character is welcome to engage in that.

PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: I'm fine with Dixon getting the crap beaten out of him in most scenarios. Just hit me up so we can work out details.

ROMANCE/FLIRTING: Flirting is fine even though Dixon's dense enough he likely won't pick up on it. Please let me know if you're interested in shipping.

SEXUAL CONTENT: In context of a ship, yes. But let's be real, that's pretty unlikely.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: Dixon's recently received some pretty nasty burns from being set on fire; he has mostly-healed second- and third-degree burns on his face, neck and hands. He's currently still on a round of antibiotics, ointments and painkillers. He also has a bit of a jacked shoulder from crashing his car a few years back, but it's more an occasional problem than a daily hindrance.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS:

Dixon's a loudmouth bigoted jackass, so discussions that get too political may take a sour turn into rural Republican territory. Some of his language and opinions are offensive and hateful. I will take precautions to make sure that other players don't have anything hateful sprung on them and that everything is mutually agreed-upon, but there may be some casual racism and homophobia in some of the language he uses. If players want to make sure they never run into even the casual stuff while playing with me, I would love for people to use my opt-out, as I am keenly aware that this material can be upsetting in an escapist hobby.

Dixon is also an alcoholic and I want to be conscientious of players who don't want that played out or mentioned in narration, so I would love to touch base if anyone's uncomfortable.

Dixon's canon, and parts of Dixon's arc in particular, have to do with suicide and police brutality. The canon in general has rape as an offscreen plot point. Please let me know if you would prefer not to have either of these come up in narration or dialogue.

FOURTH WALLING: Totally okay, although I imagine most characters won't be canon-familiar with Three Billboards.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS/TRIGGERS: The only thing that I can see really ruining my play experience would be having death penalty material sprung on me. I worked briefly in the field and it's very emotionally-loaded for me, so a heads up before posting things like photos of electric chairs or gallows, and giving me a chance to opt out of things like public executions, especially by governing bodies. I don't imagine that'll come up in Deerington but just in case.

ANYTHING ELSE:

I am totally open to making all sorts of accommodations for player comfort when people communicate with me, because I know that this sort of character could be really unpleasant to play with for some players. I also will not be offended if anyone would like to opt out of playing with Dixon entirely.
